I first met Karen when I was in New Zealand, and I was looking for some short term employment in my field in order to get some work expereince in New Zealand. Karen arranged for me to have an interview, and I was pleased to get the job. This has since then led to some permanent employment in the same field.
Karen was very friendly and helpful, showing us around and making us feel welcome in our new country. We were pleased to be able to make a permanent transition here as a result of both my husband and I having permanent work.

I started working with Karen Baucke in May 2007 and on the 2nd of December 2007 l was in NZ meaning that it had taken me and Karen six months to apply for a practicing certificate, set up a interview, get a job offer, work through the immigration and get my work visa and permit, book the flights.To do all this in six months is a record and l don't think this would have been possible had it not been for Karen 's professionalism.
Firstly she responded to my emails on time which helped us to meet deadlines at all times Karen also helped me prepare for the interview and this helped to boost my self confidence on the day of the interview and l passed with flying colors and l was offered job .
Karen went on to work out the contractual details with my employers and at this she managed to get good working conditions for me.
But the most pivotal role played by Karen was her contribution in helping me get my visa and permit. l was under pressure from my employers to start work asap. Karen worked day and night and my visa was approved in less than a month coz of Karen hands on approach.
Finally Karen helped me to settle down here in NZ and also introduced me to Nkosana ,a fellow Zimbabwean who has helped me to adjust well.
In conclusion l consider Karen a friend and also my agent.She is a real professional.
